Libya

Libya – a country with a great culture, fabulous landscapes and rich heritage. Travellers to this fascinating destination are assured of a friendly welcome and the finest Libyan hospitality, and the chance to learn something about local culture, tradition, and life style.

The marvellous Phoenician, Roman, Greek, Byzantine, Ottoman, Arab-Islamic and Berber ruins along the coast and the country’s stunning natural landscapes are beyond compare.

The most enigmatic and wonderful desert in the world, the great Sahara, with its amazing prehistoric rock art and rock formations, watered by magnificent oases and great sand seas, is a highlight of every journey.

All these have been well preserved by the country's long decades of isolation, and are probably among the most virgin lands on this planet.

The Libyan people enjoy a well-earned reputation of kindness and hospitality toward visitors, and, unlike most North African destinations, the country’s streets and souqs are free of the hassles of touts and their hard sell. Libya is a very safe country to travel in.

Libya - warm sun, warm hearts. A great land with a great history welcomes you!

See this beautiful land with a young, dynamic team who are native to various regions of the country. They present their areas in the most authentic and competent way possible. The desert team - dignified Tuaregs, with incomparable knowledge of the vast lands of the Sahara, will show you the desert as no one else can. Experienced guides, who are also cooks and skilled drivers, will take you to the remotest and most inaccessible regions of Libya in the true desert safari tradition, with modern day comforts and safety.
