Terms & Conditions

The five-bedroom Villa may host a maximum of 10 Adults and 2 additional children.
The three-bedroom Villa may host a maximum of 6 Adults and 2 additional children.
All daily rates are in EUROS (€) per night and include the Villas’ accommodation, Complimentary Services (see “Services included” above), and Government Taxes.
These daily rates may be raised due to an increase in the Government Taxes.
All guests confirming bookings for December must stay for a minimum of 7 nights.
Full payment must be made prior to Guests’ arrival.
All extras must be settled before the Guests’ departure.
We ask all clients to place their valuable objects inside the safes which are available in each bedroom.
The Management of Sankhara Private Beach Villas will not be held responsible in case the Guests’ valuable objects are lost.
The Sankhara Management will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by inclement weather, cyclones or force majeure.

Conduct & Etiquette

We ask Guests not to disturb other villa residents and to respect their privacy.
All clients, relatives and their invited Guests must keep an eye on their children at all times, especially while they are swimming in the pool or ocean. The Management will not be held responsible in case of drowning, wounds or any other accident occurring during the clients’ stay on the Villa premises or in public areas.
Guests can welcome friends in their villa during the Guests’ stay but such friends will not be allowed to stay over at night if the maximum Guests capacity of the Villa has already been attained (10 Guests villa Tiara and 6 Guests villa Almira).
